According to the annual report that released by Dingli, the company's net profit attributable to its shareholders increased by 44.46% year-on-year to 694 million yuan (approx. 98.10 million USD) with basic earnings per share of 2 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 44% in 2019 and the operating income rose by 40% year-on-year to 2.389 billion yuan (approx. 337 million USD).
Dingli has localized the dealerships in overseas markets with a strong focus on equipment rental companies. In 2019, Dingli has stepped into the rental market of Japan with the cooperation and collaboration of Nikken Corporation, the largest aerial work platform rental company in Japan.

As China’s leading aerial work platform manufacturer, Dingli has established R&D center in Italy in 2016 with 20% share of local telehandler manufacturer Magni and has become the exclusive agent of Platform Basket’s spider platforms in China. In North America, Dingli has taken 25% share of aerial lift manufacturer MEC- California Manufacturing & Engineering Company in 2017 to further expand the market share in the US.
